Please join us for this carefully curated two-and-a-half-day experience where you will engage in sound healing, reiki, meditation, yoga, forest therapy, and more. Whether seeking inner peace, personal growth, a sense of connection, or simply a break from the stress of everyday life, this retreat will leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
This is the perfect opportunity to take care of yourself as we head into end-of-year stresses — think election, holidays, end-0f-year deadlines, Q4 quotas, etc.!
What’s Included:
All activities are included in the price of the retreat. All attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy Reiki (energy healing), Sound Healing, Yoga, Meditation, Forest Therapy (Forest Bathing), Self-reflection, and Creative Expression, and Connection. All attendees will also gain valuable knowledge about stress management and learn new stress management skills. Nourishing meals are also included (3 lunches, 2 breakfasts, 1 dinner, snacks, and beverages).
*Attendees will be responsible for paying for one dinner as part of a group outing in historic downtown Beaufort.
Your Retreat Space:
Our charming and comfortable retreat space is nestled among 3 acres of gorgeous maritime forest bordered by a tidal creek that feeds into Gallants Channel, minutes from Beaufort’s historic district.
Your Retreat Leaders:
As a certified Forest Therapy Guide and professional coach, Shawn is passionate about working with women committed to creating positive change. Her coaching toolkit pulls from several modalities, including Empowerment Coaching, Positive Intelligence, and Positive Psychology. She also incorporates her training in Forest Therapy, Reiki, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Shamanism, and more. Shawn is currently completing a mindfulness certification program and is enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training.
As a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, Pilates instructor, yoga teacher, and Reiki Master Lilly has spent more than 30 years guiding women on their health and wellness journey. She is also a national presenter and trainer for the International Fitness Trainers Association (IFTA). Lilly believes that training is more than physical and takes a holistic approach to support her students and clients, focusing on breath work, mindfulness, energy, and much more.
Christy is an experienced Human Resources professional with a passion for leadership development, interpersonal communication, team building, training, and more. As a breast cancer survivor, she is also an advocate for health and well-being. She recently earned her Reiki level 2 certification and is currently enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training.
Sharri is certified in Integrative Reflexology, Usui Reiki and Reiki Tummo Energy Healing, and Hatha Yoga. With over 20 years in private practice, Sharri facilitates workshops on Meditation, Intuitive Development, Hatha Yoga, Creating a Spiritual Practice, and Introduction to the Spiritual Journey. Sharri utilizes her diverse experience, ongoing development, deep listening and reflection, and intuitive nature to help co-create healing and wholeness in the lives of others.

Pricing:
This three-day retreat is only $650 per person, including onsite accommodations. Those interested in booking offsite accommodations in Beaufort can take advantage of our commuter rate of only $550 per person.
A percentage of proceeds from the retreat will go to support the Wild Horses of Shackleford Banks.
Payment Details:
$350 Deposit to secure your spot (50% refundable if canceled by September 28th).
October 4th - Final Payment (Non-refundable unless the retreat is canceled by event hosts or due to a natural disaster).
